DEALER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES
In this day and age of expensive transportation costs, our account managers travel 1000 – 1400 miles/week on the road. While visiting dealers, our sales team makes a point of designing display layouts for customer showrooms. This enables us to strategically place banners, posters, literature, etc. in The Best locations. We aggressively promote factory sponsored employee discount programs so that dealer sales staff are thoroughly acquainted with our clients' products.
Our Stocking Rep / Distribution Program supports dealers with overnight UPS / Fed Ex delivery throughout the region. The "Rapid Response" New Hampshire Warehouse ships orders sometimes as late as 5:30 PM, enabling dealers to meet last minute (next day) sale opportunities.
We actively support the Mobile Electronics Certification Program (MECP) and the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association (MERA) and Professional Sales Representative Organization (IPRO) to elevate professional credibility within our industry. Members of our team also attend IASCA, USAC, S.L.A.P., Hot Import Nights, Funkmaster Flex and other Sound Off events throughout the competition season.

How we keep in touch with dealers is "extraordinary":
Each week we design and mail "info-cards" featuring a new product or business idea. Concurrently we send "e-cards" to announce time sensitive items, weekly specials, etc.
Whats New for each month features 3 products and specific enclosures with key data mailed and emailed monthly to dealers.
Product announcements and box enclosures packed with each daily shipment.
Invoices are emailed daily with UPS tracking information.
Dealers receive SMS text confirmation when order ships.
Up-to-date website with all client manufacturer links.
VLOGS 1-2 minute visual demos online to demonstrate/highlight specialty products.
